How does Next-Gen NCLEX scoring work in Magstone RN?
Scoring depends on the response format. The app provides practice feedback and partial credit for selected formats; its scores are not official NCLEX scores or readiness predictions. The website preview lets you browse the available formats; scored practice opens in the app with study access. See the NCLEX prep guide for differences between Matrix multiple-choice and multiple-response scoring.
How do the flashcards work?
Reveal the answer and use optional thumbs-down or thumbs-up feedback. Thumbs down means Again; thumbs up and Next card record Good. Magstone RN estimates when to review each card from your ratings and review history. Review scheduling does not guarantee how much you will remember.
Where are my saved reports and unfinished activities?
Open Study history from Progress. Completed reports include answer review and subject results; unfinished supported activities offer Resume. Sessions save locally, with account sync available when signed in and connected. If a save or sync error appears, keep the app open and retry. Confirm the activity appears on another device before continuing there. Clearing browser storage can remove local data.
Can I shuffle flashcards without losing my progress?
Yes. Use shuffle beside a deck or during a review. Mid-session shuffle reorders the remaining cards while keeping the current card, completed cards, ratings, and Back history. In Study history, flashcard confidence ratings are separate from quiz accuracy and Next-card actions.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open Account in the app and use Restore Purchases with the store account used for the purchase. Website purchases need the same Magstone RN sign-in used at checkout. An internet connection is required; contact support if access does not appear.
What is included in the 3-day free trial?
Eligible first-time website subscribers receive a 3-day trial on monthly or annual plans. A card or other payment method is required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the plan charge. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase without a trial. Browsing the website catalog requires no account or payment method; opening study content requires access.
Can I study without Wi-Fi or cellular service?
Native apps bundle study content and anatomy models for offline use after installation. Sign-in, purchases, and account services need internet access. Open the web app online first; browser storage and offline behavior vary. Check progress on each device before relying on cross-device transfer.
How do I report a question error or typo?
Email Magstone RN support with the item title or ID, the wording you want us to check, and your app version. The form below opens a draft in your email app. Do not include patient-identifying information.
Billing and subscriptions
Bought on magstonern.com
Cancel anytime online, or email Magstone RN support. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and cancelling during the free trial means you aren't charged. Website purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise (see the Terms).
Bought in the iPhone or Android app
Apple and Google handle those subscriptions. Cancel in iOS Settings (Apple ID, then Subscriptions) or the Google Play Store (Profile, then Payments & Subscriptions).
