Request account and data deletion
Contact support from the email associated with your Magstone RN account. We will confirm account ownership and explain which records can be deleted and any retention required for billing or legal purposes.
Open a deletion request
If the email app does not open, write directly to Magstone RN support. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or patient information.
Manage your subscription separately
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google Play, or Stripe. Use the billing and cancellation instructions to stop renewals.
Device-local study data
Study data stored on a device or in browser storage is separate from account records held by our services. Ask support for the steps appropriate to your app version. Do not assume a web request has erased every local copy.
