Review what needs attention
Your report keeps partial credit and lets you filter missed, partially correct, and flagged answers. Subject summaries can point you toward related flashcards. Review priorities require at least three distinct questions in a topic, so one answer does not become a claim about your readiness.
Study history keeps completed reports and links to unfinished supported activities. Check that your progress has saved before closing a session or switching devices.
Open study historyUnderstand what a score means
The NCLEX uses different scoring rules for different response formats. Bowtie items use 0/1 scoring for each of five selections. Matrix multiple-choice items score each row; Matrix multiple-response items use plus/minus scoring with a floor for each column. Multiple-response SATA uses plus/minus scoring with a zero floor.
Magstone RN practice feedback helps you review decisions. It is not an official NCLEX score, readiness prediction, or promise that every app format reproduces exam scoring exactly.
