What happens when you start

  1. Choose a plan, then sign in with the account you use in the OmniRN app (email, Google, Apple, or phone number), or create one.

  2. Enter your payment details on Stripe's checkout page. Monthly and Annual plans start with a 3-day free trial, once per account.

  3. Cancel anytime online. If you cancel before the trial ends, you aren't charged. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

Yes. Stripe's checkout asks for a payment method. If you cancel before the 3-day trial ends, you aren't charged. If you don't cancel, the plan price is charged when the trial ends. The trial is available once per OmniRN account.

How do I cancel?

If you bought on omnirn.com, cancel online through the billing portal or by emailing support@omnirn.com. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before it renews. Either way, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Billing and cancellation help

Can I get a refund?

Purchases on omnirn.com are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Purchases made in the app follow Apple's or Google's refund policies. Read the Terms of Service
