Website preview: aortic-valve-preview.glb contains only VHM_aortic_valve, extracted from the Magstone RN HuBMAP male v1.0 heart inspect model. The original vertex positions, normals, indices and material are retained; the single node is translated to center the preview. No other organ geometry or buffer data is included. Ribs, sternum, clavicles, cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, skull, pelvic bones and limb bones remain distinct. This is a major-bone overview, not an exhaustive skeletal inventory. Materials are flat PBR factors. BodyParts3D does not ship textures. All GLBs are uncompressed and contain no external buffers, textures or decoders. Whole-body heart, brain, liver, pancreas, spleen, kidneys and bladder surfaces are adapted from the HuBMAP male v1.1 united model, revision f1a3a63f110e27ff0736047d52d04dba5d3087f9: https://github.com/hubmapconsortium/ccf-3d-reference-object-library/blob/f1a3a63f110e27ff0736047d52d04dba5d3087f9/VH_Male/v1.1/VH_M_United.glb Scene transforms are baked, surfaces simplified, and each organ envelope fitted to its original atlas bounds. This educational composite is not a single-donor registration. The five lung lobes use the HuBMAP male v1.4 lung model at the same pinned revision: https://github.com/hubmapconsortium/ccf-3d-reference-object-library/blob/f1a3a63f110e27ff0736047d52d04dba5d3087f9/VH_Male/v1.4/3d-vh-m-lung.glb Source-defined lobe groups contain 20 bronchopulmonary segment surfaces and five lobe hila. They are grouped under the existing lobe selectors and share one affine registration to the original lung-pair envelope; no hulls or invented subdivision detail are added. The source group and component names are recorded in each node's extras. (2024). Generic human stomach scaffold (Version 8). SPARC Portal. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26275/l0x1-orrq Dataset and release-specific CC BY 4.0 declaration: https://discover.pennsieve.io/datasets/136/version/8 License: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ The published WebGL group "serosa of stomach" (stomachHuman_04.json) is used instead of the full STL's overlapping wall layers and annotations. Its 15,840 native triangles become 15,744 after degenerate-face cleanup; no refinement, subdivision or decimation is applied. Duplicated element-boundary vertices are welded, the two source openings retained, normals recalculated, and the surface rotated and fitted to the original atlas envelope. This is a literature-based, idealized human scaffold, not an individual patient segmentation. The pinned S3 object versions and SHA-256 hashes are in tool/anatomy_stomach.py; attribution, source kind, hash and registration are also stored in the stomach node extras. The older BodyParts3D 3.0 stomach is not used. The skin is re-extracted from BodyParts3D 4.0 FJ2810. Its largest outward-facing shell excludes the nearly coincident inner wall. The shell is simplified once, then partitioned into the nine original surface selectors; boundary normals are shared across those regions. Source openings are retained. 24 skeletal structure labels use the pinned IS-A concept mapping; their positions are actual bone vertices and their focus bounds come from those source components. Eight overview callouts and the full picker use this data. Deltoid, gallbladder and diaphragm are retained from the original atlas. Native unsigned 16-bit indices reduce storage without changing vertices, triangles or normals; no compression extension or decoder is used. Rebuild with tool/build_anatomy_model.py; pinned hashes verify all source inputs. Organ inspect models in assets/models/organs/ are the HuBMAP CCF 3D Reference Object Library, male v1.0.
